VEGETABLE SEED FOR LAZAREVAC

Palilula Municipality continued its humane mission of providing assistance to cities and municipalities that have suffered major damage during the floods. This time, assistance in the form of vegetable seeds and ornamental plants, was sent to the City Municipality of Lazarevac.
The seed is provided according with the Agreement on donation with"Semenarna Kop" from Petrovaradin - a business unit of Nis. According to Boban Džunić president of City Municipality of Palilula, this donation of various seeds is intended to a brotherly municipality of Lazarevac. In many ways we are helping flooded areas. When it wqas necessary, we were near Belgrade, pointed out president Džunić. We were part of the activities of the City of Nis and the Red Cross, where they collected help from citizens in foods, hygienic and sanitary materials, clothes. Donations from our events were also part of the support of the needy. Charity in this city municipality will be continued in the future. Despite the fact that the residents of Palilula have the standard of living which is one of the lowest in Serbia, the motivation to help a neighbor in need is still present.
